I started learning Spanish with Slade in 2018. Since then I have been able to understand my Spanish friends' whatsapp group messages and have some conversations with Spanish friends in Spanish... I enjoy the classes with Slade and hope to travel and speak Spanish in a foreign country soon!

I have had the privilege of being instructed by Slade. The rate at which I learnt surprised me. His methods make it easy to grasp the language and I have managed to retain what I learnt through Slade even though I am not among Spanish speaking people daily to practice. Slade is the most phenomenal teacher I have ever had! His techniques are incredible and allow even the hardest concepts to appear easy and the course is so cleverly thought out and executed! As an added extra there are his unreal dad jokes which really just bring the whole thing together!! 10/10!!

Slade's unique approach to teaching Spanish gets you speaking Spanish really fast, the classes are fun, the take home manual is excellent and there is regular engagement involving sharing of tips and material to practice. I had tried language apps before and whilst useful they are no substitute for personal teacher led lessons. I recommend The Spanish Academy to all my friends.
